Washington Farmworker Tribunal
“It should not take a disaster for you care about us. It should not take flooding or smoke or us dying from heat stress. We are human and we matter. We are asking that you protect us because we protect your food.” -Farmworker Tribunal, 2023
Organized by Familias Unidas por la Justicia and Community to Community Development, the Annual Farmworker Tribunal engages Washington’s policy makers in Olympia and provides an avenue for farmworkers to participate in the legislative process. We invite you to witness farmworkers’ testimony as they name the systemic harms they face and the solutions they advocate.
Without farmworkers, there is no food. Farmworkers deserve safety, equity, and dignity- nothing less.
